NASSAU, BAHAMAS — Bahamian Celebrity Chef and restaurateur Simeon Hall Jr. is set to showcase the vibrant flavors of Bahamian cuisine and dish up his culinary pursuits in an exclusive chef profile featured in the upcoming travel issue of Plate Magazine.

As an acclaimed online and print publication at the forefront of the culinary industry, Plate Magazine not only shapes the culinary conversation, but also serves as a trusted resource for professionals in the food and beverage industry, including chefs, restaurateurs, sommeliers, bartenders, and other restaurant workers.

Chef Hall’s feature, which will grace the cover of Plate Magazine’s July / August issue, is set for release on July 14.

Speaking on how he scored the coveted story with Plate Magazine, Chef Hall credited divine intervention and his connection to food photographer Clay Williams.

“When Clay pitched the story on my behalf, the editor of Plate was definitely interested and through some making things happen, it came to be,” explained the co-owner of ‘Preacher’s Kid’.
